The form collects your name, work email, organization, profile and the description you provide. These fields are limited to the information required to respond to your request.
Purpose
The information is used to respond to your request, understand the context you present and manage any business relationship that develops from the contact.
Sharing and retention
The data is transmitted through the email delivery service configured for the website and received by BrasOOH. Its use remains limited to responding to the request and managing the resulting relationship for as long as those purposes require.
Audience measurement
The website records page views, external link clicks, tab sessions, referrer hostname, authorized UTM parameters and successful form submissions. Measurement is aggregate and does not use cookies, IP addresses, email, name, full user agent or a persistent identifier.
A random identifier exists only in the tab's temporary storage and is hashed before storage. Events are retained for up to 13 months and used to understand website performance.
Your rights and contact
To request access, correction or deletion of the information you submitted, use the contact form and state that your request concerns data sent through the website.
